Text of Complaint by Shabir Ahmad:

I had installed Airtel Extreme Fibre at Jammu on Monday, however few minutes after being installed, the wi-fi service started properly. From the last five days, I am not able to connect to my wifi broadband connection at home. There is some technical glitch in the modem which was installed by the Airtel.

Meanwhile, I have complained to customer care and from the last five days, I have called the customer care of Airtel and have lodged a complaint, however, the issue has not resolved. The service provider of Airtel in Jammu shows no concern in resolving the issue and I m still struggling without the internet.
