Text of Complaint by Gautam Ganapathy:

I had very poor customer service at your SA Road office in Kadavanthra Kerala. My SIM all of a sudden had stopped working for the last 3 days and thus went to the store. I was assisted by a lady called Tessa I believe. I asked her for the reason and she said it was because my SIM might have heated up while the phone was charging. I have a DUAL Sim Phone and if that’s the case my secondary SIM should not work as well right??? Anyways she was very rude and not helpful at all and said I had to pay Rs 50 for this duplicate SIM to which I objected but I Paid. Why should I pay for something which is not a mistake of mine and it was not chargeable in June when I went with one of my colleagues. I asked her the same and she does not know but I have to pay. I said it’s not about paying the amount but about some courtesy AIRTEL and she should have towards customers. Rudely, she keeps back the 100Rs note on the table as if I can keep the charity offered by her. I told her to take the amount and then she said rudely that the SIM will take 4 hours to activate and indicated that I can leave. I totally lost it there and told her is this the way you talk to people and she nodded as a yes and looked back at her phone. Such a rude employee you have and this is totally unacceptable. Kindly take action against this MEAN Employee who holds no value to your company but is a disgrace!
