On 21st of March 2021 I called Tata sky customer care and asking for technical help as I was facing issues from previous night.
The customer care executives upto three level ( yes I even called to top executives) are stubborn for some address related issues which was got corrected by me…even though it was entered by you guys wrongly.
Afterwards technician visit and resolve the issue for which I was charged 150Rs.
Now again on 31st March 2021 I started facing same issues.
I again called customer care by RMN and they are arguing that again I should confirm address for my own security (which I can get it that how will it affect my security)
I told them that just previous week your technician visited the place and I won’t confirm address everytime ( my logic was when I start or stop a service for which I usually get charge, you never bother to confirm . you did it just because request came from RMN and when an issue occurs you need confirmation…double standards)
I told them either resolve my issue or close the connection for which they are ready to close connection request but they told me that this will be done after 4-5 days and I will be charged for all those days for which I protested.
