My dish was not working due to issue with signal. I have resgitered a complaint on 22 August,2019 and the customer service said they would resolve in 24-48 hours. They never turned up,Hence i have raised 2nd complaint. Then one technician visited my house and tried resolving the issue. He informed that the dish tv device has a problem and will need to be replaced. He informed he would come back within 10 min but he never turned up. Days passed and i have been raising complaints on the same issue. Finally after a strict complaint and frequent followups on 22 september,2019 one technician visited and replaced the box. Unfortunately after the replacement of the box the same issue repeated after the technician left and also the adapter which powers the dish device was not provided rather they said it’s chargable.They are charging for adapters for their own devices. I have been using Dishtv since 7-8 years with minute issues but this time it took a lot of time. I have requested them to cancel my subcription and refund the amount paid for 2 months subscription which was not utilized.they denied. I requested to compensate the recharge amount by providing the adapter. No response. These people are cheating customer and taking money on the name of hardware charges.
