I am writing to file a complaint regarding the poor service I have received from voltas . I purchased 1.5 ton split AC ten days ago and began experiencing problem from no cooling. First Request raised by me on 16 th june 2023 i.e.4th day after installation ,2nd request raised on 18th June 2023. Techanician come on 19th June but the problem not solved. Again complaint registered by me on 20 june which result a very poor experience from voltas services.I have to call the service centre and as usual he promised to solve the issue many times but this is not happened.
I called the technician many times who come on me on 19th June ,At first he does not pick up my phone and says after getting up that he has other important work apart from me.
It is unacceptable to have spent this much money on a product, only to have it break down after few days only, and then to receive such poor service from the company and rude behaviour of technician. I am very disappointed with my experience so far.
I am attaching amy purchase receipt for your reference.
