Text of Complaint by Niharika Chouhan:

We have been using Jio fiber broad band for quite a few years now. Every time there is problem with the internet connection Jio fiber have failed to provide services on time which has led us in monetary loss, study loss.

1. They have application to raise request, on the app they provide you date and time where technical person will visit us however this is mere a lie they never contact you on the given date and time. We keep calling contact center to help us but they also fail to do so. They keep promising false expectations. They keep giving date and time for the resolution but they are unable to fulfill that. Current situation 3/07/2022 we raise request for engineer to visit as internet is not working till date no one has shown up. 10 calls already made to customer care. Still No Help.
2. There was a sales person who reached my dad telling him to upgrade the router but he lied and he gave my dad a whole new connection now we are sitting with two connection. Upon the complaint to the jio fiber customer service team they forced us to continue with two connections. We kept denying till dat they have not canceled the old connection and haven’t return our 2500 rs back which was promised by jio fiber upon the return of the router and set top box.

PS: they never fail to calls us if our package expires. They just want money out of the customer however failing to provide services in time.

We are really fed up with there services and they way the Jio fiber employee and the their engineer handles there customer.
