I’ve booked a flight from Raipur to Hyderabad on 22/11/2021 once they charged me for the ticket fair in no time I got a email that my booking is canceled. Upon checking with the team to know the reason for cancellation they said it was canceled due to operational reason.
They sent an email with the reference of my call with the agent and informed me that I will get my complete refund within 10-15 working days. It’s been 2 months now they dont refund and just give fake promises.
