I Have Requested To Change A New Sim Card To My Same Phone Number. They Have Asked Me To Pay ₹25. I Paid That Amount, They Said To Me To Wait For 4 Days For Sim Card Activation. There Is No Activation Under Process. I Have Gone To The Showroom For More Than 4 times. Travelling Charge Takes More Than Sim Card Rate, That Is ₹100.
Poor Customer Service From Airtel Customer Service Team & Irresponsible Answers From Them. So Kindly Request To Consumer Court That I Want My Travel Charge & Sim Card Rate.
