Poor customer care service in Airtel for the issue raised by me – No Response from their side and no actions have taken to resolve my issue

My Number: +91 9994956540 (I’m facing the issue and my contact number is the same)

My Current Issue:

On May 5, at 7:07AM IST i called customer care and said about my issue that the internet is not working. Your support person have told me within 3 to 4 hours my issue will be resolved. But that didn’t happen, so then I called customer care @10:04 AM IST and also raised a complaint, your support person have said that it will be resolved on or within 18 May’23.

Since I raised the complaint I didn’t receive any ticket number from your end, so that’s when I called you on 4th May @10:43 AM IST complaint regarding the same issue to you guys and replied that you’re working on it. So I asked for a Data pack refund for the days I’m not using. After this call I received the complaint number message from your end.

Again I raised complaint on the Airtel App on 5 May’23 – In that you guys have given the deadline as 22 May’23. So I called customer care on 6 May’23 @12:12 PM IST and asked them to send me some daily updates on the complaint. I also asked for Data pack extending my current pack for the number of days I’m facing Internet Issue.

Today (8/5/23) @12:45 PM IST in call with your support team, I said for these days I didn’t receive any report or update regarding my complaint and also I claim for my Data Pack refund or extention for my current pack. Your support person is saying that there’s an issue with the SIM so once I change the SIM the issue will be resolved or else I have to wait until 23 May’23 (another 15 days) to get this issue resolved. I told recently I’ve changed my SIM so your team asked me to wait for another 15 days.

So my question is if I/m waiting for 15 days without Internet and as of now already 5 days I’ve been without internet, totally for 20 days I have to go without internet, so in this case I request for extending my data pack validity for another 20 days after my pack expiration date i.e. on 19 June’23

Hence, these all happened. I request you guys to resolve my issue on or within 23 May’23 and send me the update regarding my complaint on a daily basis. Also I mainly claim for the data pack extension.
