Hi Team,
Multiple times we have tried to change the SIM Port, APN other retunning but the issue has not been resolved. you people are planning to launch 5G but your 4G(LTE) is still poor.Please take this issue as a serious fix. If you will not resolve this then we have to reach out to TRAI.
Please find attached snaps for your reference, these snaps are clearly showing poor network parameters (RSRP, SINR, RSRQ, DL & UL).
Please align your technical expert who Up-tilt and down-tilt our nearby antennae.
