I am raising concern related to poor internet since last one month and finally on Thursday your customer care sent engineer to attend the problem.
1.Engineer do not turned on promised time slot.
2.When he came no one was there at house instead claim I have resolved problem and was asking happy code
3.On Friday morning I received another call to give Happy code for which my reply was after verifying I will share.
4.Post That call my complete internet is breakdown till now and I suspect mal practice by your engineer as same has been done without prior notice and information.
Till date since 11th Sep-20 Morning internet is closed and in spite calling customer care 2 times after that no solution and correct information provided.
