Raised a request for airtel extreme box on 15th March. It was supposed to be closed on 16th March and so far no response from airtel. All I hear is sorry for the inconvenience, will escalate this, arrange for a call back and next time it won’t happen like this etc. But nothing is getting resolved. Also there is a very poor network connective. My case is still lying with airtel since more 4months. Can you please look into this and provide me a resolution as I am fed up with the airtel service and their call center.
