Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to complain you that from last 3 weeks I am getting very poor service from Airtel. Internet speed is too slow even I am unable to make voice call either via Skype or IMO forget about video. I am paying for 4G but not getting even 2G. I already complaint 2-3 times by calling customer care but nothing happen…
Hope you will respect your customer to resolve this issue at the earliest possible. Otherwise I have no option other than to port my network from Airtel to say Jio.
