Dear VRL Managing director,
We travle on 30.Dec.2023 Bus no KA25 C 9568 brought huge pain to body due to poor condition of Bus and same we immediately brought to the nowleded of co driver and got his admission stating bus is already scrap and due to recently insurance got renewed and VRL manageent ask to the on duty driver team, till the expiry of vehical insurance vehical to be used. It’s sad to hear such practice of VRL passanger buses by compromising human life safety and finding more importance in vehical insurance. Travelling with this bus brought huge pain and our schedule works got badly affected. Further any delay in response will force to take legal option.
Kindly loom in to this matter further without seeing other complications.
We hope VRL MD and Operations team will take complaint immediately and resolve same with utmost importance.
