HI THIS IS REGARDING VERY CHEAP AND POOR QUALITY OF BODY PARTS RELATED TO MY I BALL COMPBOOK PRODUCT PURCHASED JUST ABOUT 2 YEARS BACK FROM BHOPAL.ITS OUTER BODY PARTS ARE SO POOR QUALITY THAT ITS GETTING CRACKED FROM TIME TO TIME FROM DIFRENT CORNERS AND I BALL CUSTOMER CARE TEAM IS MAKING SENSELESS STATEMENTS EVERYTIME BY JUST MAILING SERVICE HISTORY OF MY PRODUCT.I BALL IS SELLING SUCH A THIRDCLASS QUALITY PRODUCTS IN MARKET AND THEY CAN NOT HIDE FACE BY JUST TELLING CUSTOMERS THAT WARRANTY PERIOD IS GONE.THEY HAVE MADE LAPTOP BODY WITH LOW QUALITY PLASTIC THAT IT CAN NOT STAND EVEN 2-3 YRS.OF LIFE PROPERLY WHICH IS CLEAR CASE OF BAD QUALITY PRODUCT ISSUES WHICH I HAVE FACED IN JUST ABOUT 2 YRS.OF PURCHASE.
