I have made recharges only the selected channels under my primary and secondary box. Under application I can able to see package cost around 350 rupees per month. But it uses expiry very early . I have contacted chat service . They tata play binge is activated. For that they are going to deduct further 350 which is not reflecting on the online application. After knowing that matter I have made further request to cancel those service by keeping only the selected channels . But no action has been taken and deducting money. Very poor service on the chat support. I have made request call from the local language. But they used to call and speak in Hindi. Which is don’t know I my home town.
