Hi Team,
I am facing poor broaband connection issue with Excitel.
I got the connection on 20th July and since then connection had gone down 3 times. The resolution was not provided in time either as per their commitment.
I work from and cannot manage such kind of disruption and lost faith in the services provided by Excitel.
Please help in getting the 4 months advance rental reimbursed from them as they had refused the same as well.
