My wifi was not working so I took help of the jio fibre helpline but did not get a satisfactory answer. Requested threm to send someone to check the connection as I had to attend an important meeting but they did not responded to the request. Then, I called one of their senior employees NEERAJ NEGI. First of all, he didn’t pick my call several times and when he responded he literally started shouting that I do not take complaints, do not disturb me. I have not seen such pathetic behaviour before, it was highly unacceptable.
