Since the time I port my number in prepaid airtel network I am facing a heck lot of issue regarding network as I am not able to use the services completely on my handset . I Comlaint thousand times to airtel about not being able to make or receive calls (Indoor , call drop) using airtel sim .
Despite of raising a concern to customer care am not receiving any help form customer care of airtel. These people put there keep on saying about using airtel thanks app whis is of no use in my concern .
I facing lots of issues as there are so many urgent calls make per day , even my work is getting nehatively impacted as am not able to continue with my work without calls.
Help.
