Dear sir,
Both my dad and mom uses AIRTEL NETWORK in kulithalai (9994265316,9600795155), they have network connectivity issue from past 3months.
I called customer care and complained many times, they say they registered the complaint and immediate action will be taken.
But till now no action was taken, because it is prepaid connection. Very poor network connectivity and 2g speed comes under 4G name. Kindly take customer complaint seriously.
