- I first complaint to Airtel in September about the poor internet speed they are providing inspite of me having 4G connection. The complaint was on Facebook. Their customer care associate replied by saying it will be resolved. But the problem continued. The speed is so bad that I can hardly watch a video. I again complained about the same 3-4 times and told them I can even upload a video or photo of how slow the net is, after this they blocked me.
- I called customer service and spoke about the same but no use, lI asked them to unblock me as this is not the way to provide assistance, they dint do that too. It’s over 3 months now, and my net is as bad as ever.
- I told them I’ll complain in consumer court, they said they’ll connect to manager, and I waited for the call to connect for almost more than 10 mins and then it got cut.
- The only reason I am not changing my Airtel connection is that I’ve been using it for 12 years now. Please help me get 4G speed. There is no point contacting their customer service as they are not helping me in anyway.
