Hi,
My apologies for my choice of words in my earlier messages but it was the poor timing of AirTel’s poor quality of services!
There is a serious problem with AirTel services. The problems are:
1) Interrupted Network causing waste of Data due to cancelled downloads
2) Poor internet speed right when I need it
3) I buy extra data of 50 GB for 2 months because it offers speed and greater data usage. If speed or usage was not an issue then I would have bought 12/15 GB extra Data
4) I have been facing these problems for probably 1 year but complaining only Now.
I am complaining because I have no intention of changing my service provider as there isn’t any MNC American or European IT service provider operating in India and all other alternatives are Indian.
Am I the only one facing these issues or are there many others too with the same problems from AirTel?
Either way, AirTel management needs to correct these problems.
Corporate life (especially Public Sector) is Public Service, and because the Government cannot provide certain or all services, therefore, these services are licensed to private companies.
No organization can survive for long by just making money or profits without a service mindset or a mindset of innovation and continuous improvement.
The rise and fall of Nokia should stand as a warning to all companies.
