Text of Complaint by SIVAKUMAR M:

Sir, I am residing in Sadras (Meiyur) near Kalpakkam. I am using airtel net pack of Rs. 598/ 1.5 GB  for 84 days ,  I am not able to use internet / data  due to very poor signal. As airtel customer, I feel that the service is totally waste. My son is using Rs.399 plan. He is also facing same problem. Is there any possibility to improve the internet / data signal in the future? 

At present , I am managing with BSNL Broadband.
