Poonafin is a fraud loan I haven’t took but it’s showing in my account it may cause reduce my cibil so please check regarding that

I am not taking any loan from poonafin but it show in my cibil report and reduce my cibil score show loan taken on 09.03.2023 of rs.9085 and currently overdue amount show rs.11370/- but i am not taking any loan from them please check and remove it from my cibil score
