I am Shivam Kandwal,
If you are getting POONAFIN shows in any CIBIL it is because you must have taken loan from one of these places (Paisabazaar, Kisht, True Balance, Freecharge, CreditB, etc.) and all these are third party. Those who take loan from different companies and give it to you. So these 3rd parties must have taken loan from POONAFIN and given loan to you. And when you have given your loan in full, then your loan will be closed in the app but not in CIBIL, for this, wherever you have taken loan till now, take NOC letter from there and update CIBIL with their Mail on mail id.
