I had ordered one Pooja Bell which was delivered to me but as the ring was very low and hardly audible I applied for return the very next day, though allowed till 14’th April. My return was approved and I was sent email that return pickup will be on 11’th April and my refund will be transferred to my Gift Wallet in two days and I as given Return ID as:12202462431099901842. However I thereafter I received another email stating that my return is not acceptable and I as referred to the seller. On 11’th April there was no pickup of the article and hence this complaint.
