I am not deputed anyone, The Mr. Mahendra from oriental – 99792 03364 he give me mobile no. of surveyor, I have proof and the message received from him, I am already told you full story and explained everything,
If want to investigate, call to them, please – verify with surveyor. Mr. Devang ji he also explains you all the things, and you can revert on same.

As per my last discussion – With you, And separate discussion with Mr. Devang ji,

The Story is –

The incident is happened 2-times. (first please clear this)

First was in Sept. Month at Vapi-Bhilad Area, in this is car is submitted at Kataria Silvassa, All the things are done by Kataria Silvassa and Vapi Oriental. They take more than 2 weeks for this job. (that’s the first claim under cashless) and

Second accident is happened at Daman area so, car is hand over to Kataria Daman and servicing / repairing is done at Vapi Nexa. But in this the timeline is very less within 4 days and I need a car for further use hence I paid payment i.e. this is non-cashless. (Claim payment need under Nexa vapi / In my name my account as I paid it)

But during the second claim I am contacted to Mr. Mahendra – Oriental vapi, (same as first claim) so I am again contacted and informed to Mr. Mahendra as again happened and they refer and give me contact no. of Daman surveyor Mr. Devag ji and Mr. Mahendra said all to be done by Mr. Devang ji.

Parallelly, I am Informed to Policy Bazar about this both claims but after submitting the car at workshop. As I have the contacts no. of Oriental concern person no. as Mr. Mahenda – Vapi. Which i got from earlier in first claim from Kataria silvasas – Mr. Pravin Pawar- 97147 16200

So, as I told – I’m already informed to Mr. Mahendra ji on incident of second claim (but might be he confuse on first or second new one) and He give me reference to meet Mr. Devang ji for Daman he will do all.

Later i am contacted to do further for claim-2 and As per my discussion with Mr. Devang Shah ji – 98251 45413, Vapi – Oriental Surveyor, He did survey within said timeframe as discussion with Mr. Mahendra and Mr. Devang ji, the process and communicationi don’t know in between both, but when i follow up then as per Mr. Devang ji he went to Vapi office and met the Mr. Mehendra – Oriental, for submission of all documents and He instructed / informed to Mr. Devang ji to send all documents to Vadodara Office directly and all original bills so surveyor sent all, (after my all bills pay receipt and relavant documents of Nexa Vapi (As I need a car for my daily used, I can’t hold car for 15- days or more if it’s cashless because the timeline is very far as my last experience during first claim, and the job work was only 3-4 day in it), So, During inspection and Negotiation all activity is done in between surveyor and Nexa Vapi, you can investigate the things from surveyor Mr. Devang Shah ji – 98251 45413,. and Nexa vapi / Daman Kataria – Mr. Aasif, 98700 99489

If any query, please speak the all the thing to Mr. Devang ji, they already send all documents to Vadodara, you can cross check with them. And soft copy also shared. PFA.

Later, after a 1-2 weeks, I am contacted to Mr. Mahendra ji Most of times there answer was he is on leave and he is on election duty so he give me No. of Mr. Umesh ji, Vapi, DM Oriental, When I ask them about the status and even, I did con-call with Mr. Devang ji and Mr. Umesh ji, were all the things are explained and after said from Mr. Mahendra ji to Mr. Mahendra ji and the all the original copy sent to Vadodara office. So, there is no entry in the system is taken hence all the things and communications gap where build and some mis-guides to me.

Again, My personal and humble request to kindly settle it at earliest and immediate basis.

K/A- Mr. Policy Bazar – Mr. Satyam ji amd Mr. Rasool ji, please look into this.
As per my discussion with Mr. Dharamveer ji, as first claim is also till pending and second claim was not register. Means somewhere is some communication gap or misguide to me.

Please speak to each other and short out the issues at earliest.

Or Please let me know what next course of action to be required on it.

We just talked with Mr Nilesh Bhamre , and we came to know that the said claim has not intimated to us ,

he has deputed the surveyor by his own after discussion of someone and get it it repaired the vehicle , However we have asked the insured to give us his representation with the facts enable us to put up the matter to our CA , till then kindly bear with us

Meanwhile please note that We are not liable for this claim .

I am surprised that –

Why you are comment this line now when I am continuously following up from last 1 and half month, to both, Policy bazar and Oriental.

If you want to comment this as – We have already informed no other claim has reported to us, (this is for your information this is second claim) this to be inform during first conversation not now.

This to be why not informed straight way in the first time when I raise and register the complaint of claim.

Please find a way to settle it, else I will go to Consumer Court on this.
