Text of Complaint by Sudeep:

I purchased HDFC Zero dept damage policy online from PolicyBazaar bazaar. I made payment of Rs.1138/- on date 07-Sep-23 for the online purchased policy and filled all details which transaction number was PB77049121, while kyc verification, I am shared the PAN & Aadhar by email to policy bazar , shows the payment page. But, I am not able to download policy copy, from the site. I have sent mail then too I haven’t got the copy. I get mail stating not able to contact me. I sent mail asking for policy copy or refund. Please help me, Now constumer care told me if you any problem you can cancel the policy. now my previous policy expired in 10-sep-23.
