I purchased CARE senior advantage health insurance policy online from PolicyBazaar bazaar. I made payment of Rs.19169/- for the online purchased policy and filled all details, while kyc verification, I dint get OTP from policy bazaar after multiple generation. The KYC was verified successfully, shows the payment page. But, I am not able to download policy copy, from the site. I have sent mail then too I haven’t got the copy. I get mail stating not able to contact me. I sent mail asking for policy copy or refund. Please help me, as the health insurance was for my mother. Last time when I purchased from them, dint get any issue, they were helpful. But this time not able to get policy copy.
Kindly help to get the policy copy or refund the amount, so that I could purchase another policy for mother.

I made payment of Rs.1138/- on date 07-Sep-23 for the online purchased policy and filled all details, while kyc verification, I am shared the PAN & Aadhar by email to policy bazar , shows the payment page. But, I am not able to download policy copy, from the site. I have sent mail then too I haven’t got the copy. I get mail stating not able to contact me. I sent mail asking for policy copy or refund. Please help me, Now constumer care told me if you any problem you can cancel the policy. now my previous policy expired in 10-sep-23.
