I have ordered groceries from Pohunch.com online grocery shopie. I have ordered 5kgs toor dal, Poha 500gm 2 packets and Khada hing 100gm by order No. 112306 prepaid by Paytm as on 15/12/2023. I have tried to call customer care but it is of no use. I have also tried to send them email but it is of no use so I cancelled my order and I want my refund back. Order amount is 976/- Pohunch. com is a fraudulent online shopping site it should be banned and closed down. They are cheating innocent customer by giving offers of low prices.This is for the first time in my online shopping experience that I have been cheated. What should I do to get refund of Rs. 976/- I must know in which bank account my money is credited. Plz help us.
