I am order 15 items total amount 151rs pay for gpay but order not deliver I call customer care don’t talk me and I have WhatsApp message to complaint no response he is totally fake website so please help me refund my money take action kindly

I have placed order online for AXE perfume bottles two nos with order no 98405, dt 11th Nov’2023 fulfilling payment through credit card for Rs 246/- and after waiting for a week or so, tried to contact all listed contacts and find them non-operational on the vendor’s website.
Vendor site is http://www.pohunch.com
It is fraudulent site. Unable to get the refund and as well as service.
