I bought Poco X3 pro 1year 1 month ago in nepal . It was working fine but 3days ago it started to reatart itself. Then i surfed about this problem in youtube and google . Then i found out that it happened with others too . The reason for poco X3 to be dead is due to the update in MIUI versons. This problem occured because of carelessness of Xiomi brand while putting the update which directly affected the motherboard of mobile . But now they want warrenty which expired 1months ago in my case . What i am saying is “If my mobile was damaged because me using it improperly then i cannot ask for anything out of warrenty period . But my mobiles motherboard was damaged by them as everyone will and should download the update to make your phone uptodate . This update damaged my phone , so MI company shoupd take responsibility and shouldnot charge any money or replace my phone out of warrenty too . I have not bought the mobile paying NPR 36000 for using it 1yrs only . In top of that i have not done any mistakes that caused mobile to show these problem . The company is clearly scamming and saying that its our problem while they have created this problem . They are taking benifit of people not being able to raise voice against them . Pls help me by guiding me what to do .
