I purchased Poco X3 from from flipkart on july 2021. After 7 months camera has been dead, i visited Mi store and tell them issue, they replaced motherboard and informed me ‘its our software issue, so dont update your phone’. Recently my speaker also dead. No sound from receiver/speaker. Currently no warranty available, no update made from my side. Why they are providing bad quality product. 16999 spend for buying this phone. While checking with youtube about 1000+ consumers are facing the same issue. Please do needful sir. Please ban this types of worst products from our country. I think this is company’s business trick for buying new phone or sell thier internal accessories like motherboad, battery and other items.
