I am using a poco x3 pro ( 8 GB&128 INTERNAL), un expectedly it goes shut down,I faced somany issues in the past ,it may due to the software issue,at that time all customers move to the customer care, unfortunately my warranty period was over,so I just panic ,when it will dead,the right time has occurred,it suddenly goes down ,iam currently working in Amazon courier service, Android phone is mandatory in my job,so I have make leave in my job,so I just visit the nearest service centre,but no solution,they tell as to pay 12000,so I am shocked,because I just buy this phone for 22000,so it’s cost was too high, recently one plus customers have faced software issues,they solve the customers issue by giving a compensation voucher, hopefully give any action with my complaint,
