I purchased a Poco X3 Pro phone which went dead within the first 3 months, they replaced the Motherboard, but I am facing the same issue again within the next 3 months the phone is dead, it’s not even charging, I went to MI service center for service as it is still in warranty and they said that they cannot replace the Motherboard or the Phone, instead they are giving only 1 choice, they are giving me a low budget phone instead of mine. Which is redmi note 10, my phone is worth more than 20000 and they are offering me 15000 phone, which is not accepted at all, I mean this company is looting people, they are doing thefts in broad day light and we don’t even have a choice to get the same phone to be replaced. Please help.
