i am a user of poco x3 pro phone after 1 year of using my phone gone dead phones motherboard is deaad autully then i submitted my phone to services centre they said me thaat my phone will get ready in max 10 days after 10 day i caant get my phone so i call on customer care they said me to raise complaint and vacent team will contactt me and i will get my phone in next 10 day but i no calls i recieve and niether i got my phone then again i called and they saying just wait for it and today its gone 2 month but i didnt got my phone its a huge scam by poco they just manupulating customer…. i dont what i doo plzzz help me ….
