After I reset my poco x3 pro once it just stopped working on next day not booting up.get it to service centre and they say that they cannot do anything about it .they say the problem is with motherboard.but the issue is not from my side.there is no phone that stopped working due to reset it once.the company itself responsable for the device to stop working and the warrenty period is not an excuse for not repairing my device.i take care good care of my device and I hope for better service from the companies sides
