I got my Poco X3 pro mobile on September 5th, 2021. My motherboard of Poco X3 pro got issues on September 2022 and got repaired by replacing a new motherboard on October 2022. Today is November 13th 2022 and my mobile was dead and when I reached the service center they hav told that the motherboard is dead. I dont know how a new motherboard gets problem within a month of time and when I called the customer support, they arent giving a proper solution and giving the same replies. Since my mobile is within the warranty period, Im getting it repaired. What if I face the same issue after the warranty period. I cant change my motherboard every month, right?

I purchased Poco x3pro in October 2021 and after a year on 15th November 2022 my Poco x3pro suddenly got shut down. When I went to service centre near me they said mobile’s motherboard is dead. It’s been now almost a month since i gave my phone to service centre but there are shortages of motherboard so they are saying they can’t repair it. I have to go college and i also do a part-time job and it’s really hard to live without a phone i can’t even contact anyone its been a hellish moth for me. I tried reaching out to many other service centres but they all reply with same answers that there is shortage for motherboard , I regret purchasing Poco’s phone.
POCO phone lekar sabse badi galti kardi .. 2 saal me dead …. motherboard purchase karne ke baad b mobile 6 mahina chalega max.
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with my recent experience with the Xiaomi Mi 10i 5G smartphone. After installing a software update on my device, I discovered that my motherboard had completely stopped functioning.
As a loyal Xiaomi customer, I trusted that this device would provide reliable performance and that software updates would enhance its functionality. However, this experience has left me feeling completely let down by your company.
I have tried troubleshooting the issue with your customer service team, but have received no resolution or satisfactory response. It is unacceptable that a software update could lead to such a catastrophic failure of my device.
My POCO X3 NFC global v. died suddenly after 2 years of warranty and FOUR days off warranty. Went into a bootloop and now shows empty battery but charges normally, doesn’t even get into recovery mode anymore. The minute it turned off I knew it was over for it. After the update the battery wasn’t working like before and I had an excellent battery. Then a few months later wide angle camera got weird gaussian blur. It felt like it was crippled. Never buying anything Xiaomi again, 4 days after 2 years of warranty it bricks and it feels like it’s almost purposeful. Told all of my friends about this. I’d like my €200 back, they’re hard earned.
