I’m using poco since last 1 year. i was update my phone in last moth after the phone is dead completely im not able to on my phone after that i was submitted it on MI service center on 27 march 2023 (phone is under worrenty) after that a week i have call from service center your phone is still not repaired bcoz of motherboard shorteg after that i call to the poco customer care he gives a promiss date (for my phone repair) its 20 APR 2023 but still no responce from service center and poco customer care again he is saying wait for a month. from 27 march 2023 to till my phone was subbmited on poco mi service center there is no responce from poco he always give me fake promisess. i dont have any another option for use. I called the customer support, they arent giving a proper solution and giving the same replies.
