I purchased poco x3 pro in June 2021 it was working fine until 19 april 2023 phone is dead all of sudden.there was no water damage nothing phone is in perfect condition without any damage by my side.when i went to MI care centre they said there is problem with charging point they replaced it ,even after that phone was dead all of sudden after running for 5 min.Then they checked it again and said motherboard is damaged and i have to get it replaced and it will charge me 13000/- rupees.I mean i cant afford to replace motherboard,or buying new phone for that matter.my phone is not even 2 yrs old.Also is out of warranty,this is such a headache.I saved my for my phone since long and bought this phone i am very disappointed by my decision.now i can’t repair it and cannot buy new phone.Also many poco x3 pro users are facing same issue.They should refund their money because clearly problem is in phone.They are clearly cheating their consumers.
