Had purchased poco X3 Pro mobile and the phone was automatically dead due to motherboard problem of the company. Submitted my phone in the service center but no response till now contacted poco customer care more than 20 times by now they are saying that the parts are not available due to too many devices being dead due to same reason,it’s completely the company’s fault for providi such defective sets. it’s been more than 1and half months the company is not taking any action.please help!
