I have purchased Poco x3 pro on 12th of July 2021 and after 11 month of usage it is suddenly goes switch off and never get turn on again ..I have tried several times but it was dead.then I went to the nearest Poco service centre .after checking the phone,They said that the phone has motherboard issue ..and now they offering me a low end device Redmi note 10 pro which of rs16000 only ..plz help me regarding this issue..we want the same Poco x3 pro or other phone which has the same specs of Snapdragon 860 Processor .and this was my first Poco phone which disappointed me ..and I will never buy Xiaomi or Poco phone again …
