Text of Complaint by Ankit Pahariya:

Hi,

I purchased Poco X3 pro in month in August 2020 and in March 2022, my mobile screen suddenly got black while I was clicking pics from my Poco X3 Pro, I tried restarting my mobile but it doesn’t work even when I put my Poco X3 pro on charge, it was not showing any signal for charging.
After 1-2 day, I went to Xiomi service center where they checked my mobile and said me that motherboard has been dead, and your phone is not in warranty. So, only option is to replace the motherBoard and it will cost you around 12000 INR, and even after that you won’t get any warranty on that.

I’ve purchased my mobile , on price of around 18k and they are charging me for motherboard 12k…I came back from service center and search for the same on google where I came accross with laks of user reviews where other customer also faced same issue of there Poco X3 Prod dead because of faulty motherboard supplied by Xiomi.

This is Xiomi mistake that they have supplied faulty/defected/cheap quality materials in there phones and there product are getting dead by themselves.

As a man coming from lower middle class, I always wait for a sale whole year so that I can get best price and these chinese companies are fooling there customers like hell by supplying faulty and cheap quality materials in there products, just to make max profit out of it, without thinking from customer perspective.

Please take action against such companies , so that they would get some lesson.

worst company worst experience…!!
