Text of Complaint by Rohit Sonawane:

So my phone has been dead after update on 15th Feb as it won’t turn on I got the phone to service center next day they said it was dead soo I waited a week and soo as they were to replace part but no part was available due to shortage so they told me they will give me Redmi note 10 pro max as replacement it’s been 14 days since and I have not got my replacement I am a student as per that I have online classes soon I must need phone but mi and Poco service is disappointing as I didn’t got no update on it when will I receive my phone?
