Sir ,
I am Shubham Shelke . I have bought a new phone from poco named as Poco X3 pro about 8-9 months ago.
yesterday on 26-08-2022 my mobile that mobile dead and when I visit costomer care they said that your mobile is in warranty but as you have little scratch on it we will not repair it and also they dont have any part of this model with them.
also specifically about this model poco X3 pro there are many cases where mobile’s motherboard stops working and you can also get many cases on all over internet about this model.
I am student sir ,my mobile is about 20000 and if this is happening with many costomers then why poco is not refunding back our moneyy….?
