my poco x3 pro is dead yesterday. there is no physical damage,it is dead due to poco company’s lackness in software.the motherboard is dead on its own and now the customer service are denying to repair it at free of cost. i also called the customer care of poco but they only said that they can’t help because its out of warranty. i was being frauded by this company.
