my poco handset is damaged.And its is accept by the authority of the phone for replacement but they are not providing me the same phone as replacement. they are saying they can only give me note 10 pro which is a lower phone as compared to mine. I dont want any other phone with low processor
i brought poco x3 pro for its processor
note 10 pro doesnt stay a chance with that is 730 vs 860
If poco has stopped manufacturing its there responsibility to give me a equalent phone of almosty same the processor
i dont want any other phone with a proessor less than 860 or else refund me the price of poco x3 pro i will buy another. just giving a low end devie as equalent is not the proper way
Its the 2nd time the phone is damaged i brought the phone on june 15th of 2021 and that phone got damaged and mi service provide me with same on poco x3 pro on January 5 2022.Now that phone again got damaged on june 8th less than an year of purchase. But i have check online my warranty is till January 5th 2023.
I just want an equalent phone of same process not a cheap phone. I have contacted xiaomi and poco for this issue they are simply wasting my time. It been almost a month.
