I was using my phone and it stopped working suddenly . I thought maybe it got heated up .So, i left it there for 15 mins but when i tried to start it .It was dead!
RIP
Then we headed to the service centre where they refused to fix the problem because it was out of warranty and they charge a huge amount for a brand new motherboard.
This is an issue that needs to be addressed and the company ought to pay for the grievance because it’s a huge sum and they should compensate for it for selling such devices to the community and adding to the woes of people .
