My device poco X3 pro 8/128 is dead service centre is exchanging it but I don’t want exchange I purchased x3pro for processor.but without phone they sayed take your poco x3pro or accept exchange forcing to exchange.due to some reason I accepted but today is 26 day there is no update I am customer of company not worker
