Text of Complaint by Prabhakaran:

Hi, I want justice as I saved and buyed a device Poco X3 Pro by paying sum of 21,000 after some time my stopped working. It automatically switched off and didn’t turned on. So I gone to the near service center to get my phone checked so they said my phone motherboard has been crashed. After one month got my mobile, then after few weeks again my mobile having same problem, again checked to the service center, they told again mother board problem, still my mobile in warranty, this is a second time mobile having issue, In poco support side, they told to waiting for 20 days, this days are gone, still the problem is resolved they did not update any status, proper response, I’ll check with support services centre, they told again 20 days.

Each time they taking 40 days but the issue not resolved. I really disappointed fot this product and the service center I know the hard work to get that phone the savings I did. Please do something I want atleast the same specifications phone.
